PC Games Your thoughts on Oblivion?

Who here has played Oblivion? I have the game new and sealed and am contemplating returning it due to lack of time to play it. I might keep it though if I can be convinced. If you've played it please post your thoughts on it.

RPG's I like and would appreciate comparison opinions on are:

Dungeon Siege I & II

Baldurs' Gate 2: Dark Alliance

Those are the RPG's I last played.

I've got about 40 hours logged, the most important part is the character creation. After that, you're free to do just about anything you want. It's a huge map, it's beautiful, and a very fun game to get into.
