Before yesterday I probably would have chosen beef tenderloin cooked medium rare, baked potato loaded and a salad with tons of toppings covered in bleu cheese dressing, with a beer to wash it all down with.

But yesterday I went to The Cracker Barrel for dinner and found a new favorite. Fried chicken, dumplings, fried okra, biscuits and black coffee.

I'm not a dessert eater, but don't forget to add it to your perfect meal if you want.:)

    Steak grilled to med well
    Baked potato
    corn on the cob
and a glass of ice cold sweet tea

and for dessert either some home made banana pudding or strawberry shortcake if the cake is home made I'm not real big on the spongy store bought ones.

I can think of so many.

But I'll pick the one I had last summer. Starter - kir royale (white wine with cassis). Main meal was the gigantic gambas, grilled with garlic (I think). Served with rice.

For drinks, I had iced tea. And for dessert I had banana split.

I don't drink coffee and I don't take my cheese course either (those two are part of the meals here that I never take part).

Fried chicken, mac and cheese, blackeyed peas, bisquits, mashed potatoes, unsweet tea. I'm not really that big on desert but if I have to choose it would be cheesecake hands down.

That sounds delicious and would be pretty close to my main course.

Starter; Brushetta served with a tomato and olive salad.(tomato overdose!)

Main course: Filet mignon(fillet/tenderloin) with rocket, spinach and some new potatoes in a garlic butter.

Desert: Fresh fruit salad with a dollop of thick cream.

To drink: a pilsner urquell or good ole water

Major 4 legs good 2 legs bad V.I.P.

    Appetizer: onion rings
Salad: house salad with Italian dressing
    Entree: filet mignon cooked medium
    Side: garlic mashed potatoes
    Drink: Newcastle Brown Ale
    Dessert: key lime pie

For starters it would be mushroom fried in batter with small side salad.
The main course (a tough one to choose as I enjoy many) a stir fry made with beef, veggies and either rice or noodles and desert would be hot chocolate cake with ice cream
Or main course of pasta covered in tomato sauce & melted cheese above with salad and desert cheesecake topped with blueberries.
    I'd most likely drink water.
