    I say screw the IRS .Keep the money for yourself.You paid taxes when you bought the item the first time.If you are really afraid of thr IRS you could allways take 22%of the sales earned and put it into a seprate bank acc(just for taxes).But if you are a nickle and dime seller then i wouldn't worry(you don't make enough)..

    So many rules I tell ya. I am not sure if this applies to other states but Ohio is requiring that you get an auctioneer's license to sell on Ebay. Not sure when that is going into effect. I think that it is ridiculous for the IRS to tax people selling stuff on ebay. There are other ways for people to sell their items. Newspapers, online classifieds. What I'm saying is that if the IRS is going to tax ebayers, then the IRS should tax other selling services, not just Ebay.
