Why Isn't Linux More Popular?

I think many users are little apprehensive about Linux. Linux is already a viable option as an OS. Any Basic user can use linux and once they start using Linux they will never forget the experience.

I have to agree with what has been said. it's just not as friendly as microsoft. I think if it were compatible with more programs and a little easier to use more people would turn to linux and stop buying overpriced microsoft products
