Which instrument have you played throughout your life?

Which instruments have you played throughout your life. Meaning school bands , weekly practises , not just an instrument you played only three times in your life but an instrument you have played throughout your life. An instrument that you are fairly good at playing.As for me I don't know how to play an instrument that well but I can play a little bit of the piano and thats about it.
