What's your favorite routine?

    I split

    chest, triceps
    back shoulders
    legs biceps
    abs and cardio every day

    Do any of your superset or giantset?

    I firstly stretch.

    Pole Twists.
    Biceps
    Triceps (Haven't done in ages tho)
    Leg biceps
    Chest
    Abs

    All I ever remember to do are sit ups. I have a couple dumbells, and I lift those when I'm watching TV sometimes. Might as well make the best of several hours in front of the TV.

    Other than that, I don't have a specific routine.

    Squats.

    My favorite day is arms day.

    Bis, Tris, Shoulders

    Lots of preacher curl, some controlled curls, cable extension, skullcrushers, military press, machine military press.

    It is truly a day of win.

    My split (currently):

    Day 1: Chest, Triceps, Front Delts, and Medial Delts

    Bench Press 3x6-12
    Incline Bench Press 3x6-12
    Decline Bench Press 3x6-12
    Shoulder Press 3x6-12
    Lateral Raises 3x10-12
    Tricep Pushdowns 3x8-12
    Overhead Extensions 3x8-12

    Day 2: Legs

    Squats 4x6-12
    Leg Press 4x6-10
    Leg Curls 4x6-12
    Calf Raises 3x15-20

    Day 3: Back, Biceps, Rear Delts and Abs

    Deadlifts 4x6-12
    Pulldowns 3x6-12
    Barbell Rows 3x6-12
    Seated Pulley Rows 3x6-12
    Rear Lateral Raises 2x10-12
    Standing Cambered Bar Curls 3x6-12
    Incline Curls 2x6-12
    Hammer Curls 2x6-12
    Decline Situps 3x20
    Leg Raises 3x20
    Twists 3x20

    Yeah, I fucking own. I'm not super strict on it though. If there's another machine there I feel like using instead that works the same muscles, I'll just use it to mix it up and keep my body guessing.

    EDIT: I forgot to say what my favorite was haha. It would have to be my leg day because it's what I'm best at and I'm not as sore after that workout.

    Do any of you do Cable Row?

    I like that a lot. I can do around 40-45 (20x)
