What sort of things do you do for exercise?

I prefer to bikeride myself. Except for tonight, I've been going on 2 hour long bikerides every night. My pot belly has been shrinking and my weight is at it's normal level now. My endurance is back up and I can jog quite a distance without tiring =P It's good to feel in shape.

What kinds of things do you do to exercise or keep fit. What kind of good or bad exercise habits do you have?

I don't really have the time for squats, weights, and other shit. I usually run, jog, push ups, sit ups and sprints.

I walk, in a lumberous type way. Yeah, so it's not really exercise.
You can burn just as many calories walking, even in a lumberous way =P, as you would jogging, or squatting or what have you. It's still a type of action. At least you get out to walk =P
