I prefer to bikeride myself. Except for tonight, I've been going on 2 hour long bikerides every night. My pot belly has been shrinking and my weight is at it's normal level now. My endurance is back up and I can jog quite a distance without tiring =P It's good to feel in shape. What kinds of things do you do to exercise or keep fit. What kind of good or bad exercise habits do you have?
