I'm guessing brown sauce is gravy which I despise on anything.

But what are we putting sauce on is my question because different things require different sauces per say.

its already been explained but brown sauce is like ketkup, but it tastes sweeter, in my opinion..its disgusting. im guessing that you dont really get brown sauce in the US, and yes i do agree that different things require different sauces, lets say we are putting the sauce on and hamburger or a hot dog or something like that.

im not a big fan of mayonaise (and i cant even spell it lol) and i hate salad cream  the only thing i eat mayonaise with is tuna, like a in a tuno mayo sandwich.
and gravy is nice on roast chicken and roast beef mmmmm :)
