What is the title of this 80s arcade game?

For the life of me, I can't remember the title of a game and I want to try and buy it. It was a multiplayer game and that in involved you playing gang members (punks, etc.) that carried chains, steel pipes, and so on. It was so cool.

It wasn't Bad Dudes or Double Dragon. Any ideas?

Haha, oh man you're lucky I'm here. I'm a huge fan of retro games, since I grew up playing these. I'm pretty sure your talking about "Crime Fighters" by Konami, 1989.

The main boss at the end of that game was every single boss from each level in a battle melee. And yeah, that game supported up to 4-players.
