What do you Bench?

I speed average 12 hours in the Gym per week. I like to take my routines easy, not lift to fast to avoid any muscles damages.

Yeah that might be a good idea, but I also like to take my time, look at the ladies on the tredmills. I don't spend a solid two hours lifting. I run five minutes for a warmup, stretch, some aerobic exercies, then lift etc.

O yeah if I had a gym to go to like when I was at school yeah I would be in the weight room "lifting" for 2 hrs too.

I spent alot of time talking and socializing between routines.

200 is my max. I can do it for five reps. I have slacked off and had to drop down a few times but always come back to 200. I'd like to break through, but I don't seem to be able to do that.
