Whats your bench press. State your reps and how many sets you could do. State your max you can do if want but i would like to see where everyone stands. I have two bench routines one for bulking up and one for toning. I benched 230-235lbs 4 sets of 5 reps over the school year (winter). When the summer hit i started benching 155 3 sets of 15 reps a piece Probably in the fall Ill go back to a standard set of 185-190 3 sets 10 reps a piece.
