What do you Bench?

Whats your bench press. State your reps and how many sets you could do.

State your max you can do if want but i would like to see where everyone stands.

I have two bench routines one for bulking up and one for toning.

I benched 230-235lbs 4 sets of 5 reps over the school year (winter).

When the summer hit i started benching

155 3 sets of 15 reps a piece

Probably in the fall Ill go back to a standard set of

185-190 3 sets 10 reps a piece.

I can do 50-100 lbs at the moment because I've got a shoulder injury, if it wasn't injured, I could do 100-120.

That's alright for a 13 year old kid who just started gym, I guess.

Wow I suck compared to you Swift, but I would win in the leg press.

When I'm trying to bulk/train, I bench 150-165 4x8 usually.

You probably would. I suck at legs. Most girls can do more than me lol. But your young too man your 15 apparently. Im 23 and have been lifting for 2+ years.

Youll probably surpass me in no time.

Beside if you can bench your weight thats really good IMO.

Nos, how much can you do on Leg Press?
Well me being a fatass for most of my life as blessed me with some strong-ass legs. I can do the max on the machine like ten times if I really tried, but I don't want to kill myself, it's just good to know that I can :lol:.

Normally though, I'll do 275-300 4x10-12. Well, that's what I'm doing now and I'm just starting up again so I'll probably kick it up when I get back into the grove of things.

Haha. I know and it's going to take me a long while to get to that point. lol.
