Miscellaneous United States Quiz

I am pretty surprised and impressed with myself - I got 32.
And you're from Australia, right?

I don't think I'd do nearly that well in a quiz about Australia.

There are plenty of American citizens that wouldn't be able to score 32 or higher. I think this is important stuff to know but apparently not everyone feels the same way.

I got 47/50 without any cheating at all. I missed #3, 14 and 21.

Most of them were SO SIMPLE! What ocean is on the west coast of the USA? Gee, I hope that EVERYBODY gets that one correct, along with what ocean is on the east coast of the US! Maybe people will get east and west mixed up.

That was a good post dDave. Thanks

Yep, I am an Aussie.
Some questions were really easy but some I had no idea and then did a little logical process of elimination.
Others I had no idea and guessed - most of those ones I got wrong.

I think watching a lot of US TV helps a bit. ;)

Dont ask. 26/50. They should have more questions about whats happening now and not centuries ago.

45/50

One of them I definitely should have gotten, but I didn't put any thought into it. The other four were guesses that I got wrong. I last took U.S. History in school 16 years ago and didn't put much effort into learning it, so I guess I did alright.

I'm surprised at the answer to #49. With Obama as President, I would have thought we had a socialist or even a communist economy. I did get that one right, however.

My quiz got off to a rocky start because as I was trying to start to take it a Glenn Beck ad popped up and I threw up all over myself.

Anyways, I gotta 47/50. One of those three that I got wrong I should have gotten right but oh well, I'll take it.

I remember from the last time I did one of these that people who become US Citizens have to give up loyalty to all other nations; definitely got that wrong in the past. Probably because its the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

I got 46/50. One of them I missed I should have known.

I think anyone that is becoming a citizen should give up loyalty to other countries. I don't see that as stupid. If you can't go back to where you came from.
