Registered Member
Tungurahua volcano in Ecuador (20 miles SE of Ambato and about 85 miles south of Quito) erupted again 3 days ago and sent ash clouds 3 miles into the sky. There were a lot of other explosions too. The volcano is almost a mile tall and it became active in August 1999.

When I see stuff like this I am glad I don't live near a volcano. One day everything is fine and the next all hell breaks lose. That would be no fun.
