I guess this cold weather is good for something. This escapee from prison decided being free wasn't worth freezing you butt off so he turned himself in. I guess being in prison isn't the worst place you could be.
I wouldn't of tried to escape to begin with in the middle of winter, not that I have ever been in jail. If I did though I would of just of turned around and went back, I can't take the extreme cold.
