I know one shouldn't jump into things all willy nilly-like, but my girlfriend did all the research on it, and I don't think I could get much UNhealthier, so we decided to do this thing called THE MASTER CLEANSE. Supposedly, after you are cleansed, you can in effect "start over" and try to eat healthy and you lose cravings for specific foods, that is, until you trigger them again. So basically its supposedly a "reset button" on ever have eaten food. so I just decided to make a thread and tell everyone about it. Basically, all you do is shit yourself silly: 1. take laxative before bed. 2. sleep. 3. wake up. drink liter of saltwater. 4. shit. 5. throughout day, all you get is 2+ liters of liquid concoction 5a. liquid concoction: organic maple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper, water. 6. repeat for at least 10 days. We are on day two. i just wanted to see what GFers think.
