The best, most effective way to tighten inner thighs

I've been noticing that my inner thighs are getting a little jiggle. I know they say you can't target one area but I don't believe that. So... what's the best way to loose that jiggle?

I don't think you can target one area when it comes to burning fat, but tighting up muscles in areas can lend to a better appearance for sure. I would suggest looking into barre excercises, since a lot of ballet moves employ the inner thigh muscles. There are a lot of videos on youtube for barre exercises. I've tried a few and loved them!
