    Who will earn this trophy?
Mauer, Cano, Jeter, Cabrera, Teixera or... who knows!?

I think Mauer... he's the best right now.

Mauer is the best, but we're looking for "value". MVP stands for "Most Valuable Player" not "Best Player". Teixera has been one of the most vauable for them although as a Sox fan, I'd like to see Victor Martinze get some consideration because he has been outstanding since joining the Sox and their pitching just keeps getting better.

Yes, I know what's MVP. I still vote for Mauer. Martinez? Ok, he's good but not so good for the MVP title. I think Cabrera has the second-best numbers?

I'd say there's a few players that deserve the award, Mauer being one of them. He's putting incredible numbers right now. Then you have guys like Texeira and Jeter who are doing many important things for their ball club. If the Jays had a better record I think Adam Lind would be up there as well, and if you disagree look at his numbers across the board, some of the best in the American League.

In my math, the first candidate is Mauer. Then Cabrera, Teixera, Cano, Jeter, Hill and Lind.
You have right Lind is very good this season.
