    Are you for or against taking supplements?

    Do you take any yourself?

    Right now I'm taking two different drinking supplements. Before and after my workouts.

    Thirty minutes before my workout I drink this:

    NO-SHOTGUN MHF1 | Muscle Building Supplements | VPX Sports

    It's really strong, and when I drink it my body goes numb and it feels like I have pins and needles on some parts of my body. It works well, but I won't be buying it after I'm done the bottle. I take one scoop and add 10 oz of water.

    After my workout I take this:

    MyoFusion - Advanced Muscle Building Protein Supplement

    That also works well and the Cholate Flavor is really good.

    How about you guys?

    i'm against it. simply cuz i like it the natural way.
    Might be cuz i dont workout simply to build muscle. but just cuz it like doing it..
    But then again i'm against pretty much everything as such. supplements. hand lotion. etc..

    If it's all natural, I do not oppose taking supplements. I'm very, very picky about the ingredients in these things.

    Most supplements on the market do more damage than they do good, IMO.

    I used to take Creatine but that's pretty much the only supplement I've ever taken on a regular basis. Now all I take is a multivitamin.

    Like Pam, I feel most do more harm than good.

    I take a calcium supplement because milk is too high in fat and I'm trying to cut that out.

    I take

    Omega 3 fish oil
    vitamin C
    vitamin D3
    Calcium(magnesium zinc)
    Beta Carotene

    Omega 3, 6 Fish Oil.
    That's the only supplement I take, for now.

    Yeeah, that would creep me out. :lol: I would never take anything like that. Well, partly because I'm not working for the same goal as you hahaha.

    The only supplement I take is iron, because I have a deficiency.

    It only last about 30 minutes and it really helps me lift more weight when I work out. It hasn't been as bad in recent days, maybe I'm just getting use to it. But I'm still not going to buy anymore of that stuff I'm done.

    I take:

    omega fish oil
    Vit D (in the winter only)
    Maxim's Eyes (a multivitamin and mineral capsule also containing the maximum vitamine E allowance of 400IU, plus 2 ingredients which help prevent eye deterioration in older people).
