I was just wondering weather Bebi, inside Vegeta, could become a super saiyan; he transformed whjile he was inside Goten and Gohan, but he never seems to do it when he's fighting as Vegeta; he just keeps the same color hair and eyes for the whole thing.
He could transform into an Oozaru, so why couldn't he tranform to SSJ2?
