Sunglasses Help Flight Allergies

Registered Member
Seek the shade during the season of sniffling. Wearing sunglasses may help ward off allergy symptoms, a new study from Turkey finds.
I deal with allergies a lot, including water coming out of my eyes, but I have never seen an idea like this before. I don't see much of a difference between wearing sunglasses and regular glasses. Chances are: people are more than likely going to catch a cold anyway.

The sun glasses they are talking about are the big wrap around type. I can see where that would help because it would block most of the pollen from entering your eye. If you wore swim goggles it would block it all.

Still don't think I would wear them even if they did help my allergies.
