SSD Question

Hell, It's about time!
I'm doing my first RAID this week with two SSD's and I have a few questions...

1. I have 2 drives with different sizes. They both read/write @ 285MB/s & 275MB/s. One is 60GB and one is 90GB, from two different manufacturers. These are what I bought... This one and this one.

3. My understanding is if I RAID 0 these two drives I will basically have a 570 MB/s read speed and a 550MB/s write speed with a total of 150GB of space. Is this correct? But if one drive fails, it doesn't duplicate the data. Am I correct so far?

My motherboard supports both RAID 0 and RAID 1. Thanks for all the help.
