So I've been up since 1pm yesterday, I was upset because I didn't have any time to go to the gym and I had to be at work @ 2pm. So afterwards I came home, had dinner, played Halo 3 with my friend until 4 this morning. Now then, I've been up and already went on base to go to the gym, but they don't open until 10:00 hours. I'm just wondering though, after my workout should I just crash or try to stay up until tonight? I know your muscles need rest but I dont wanna sleep the afternoon away and wake up around 11pm or later. If I force myself to stay awake until the night time I can get back on my sleeping schedule. What do you guys think?

Stay up until your normal bedtime, or until 10 at night. You don't want to screw up your body's internal clock no matter how messed up you get. It's just going to snowball.
