So I've been up since 1pm yesterday, I was upset because I didn't have any time to go to the gym and I had to be at work @ 2pm. So afterwards I came home, had dinner, played Halo 3 with my friend until 4 this morning. Now then, I've been up and already went on base to go to the gym, but they don't open until 10:00 hours. I'm just wondering though, after my workout should I just crash or try to stay up until tonight? I know your muscles need rest but I dont wanna sleep the afternoon away and wake up around 11pm or later. If I force myself to stay awake until the night time I can get back on my sleeping schedule.
