Sleep patterns!!

I've heard that getting too much sleep is worse than not enough sleep. Sometimes I power nap when I know I can't sleep for long. Sometimes I power nap while I sleep overnight and I literally feel like I can jump out of bed.

It depends on the time. I used to work overnight until 7 AM. I would end up sleeping for 12 hours straight and still felt tired. It sucked. If I sleep at a normal schedule like most people, night 'til morning, I'm well off with only 6 hours.

So I think it's a combo of when and how long you sleep.
