Do you think that you can relace sleep with coffee?

Do you or any one you know have a sleep disorder?

No, you cannot replace sleep with coffee. There are biochemical processes that take place only during sleep, none of which can be accomplished with caffeine.

Caffeine only withholds sleep by giving you temporary energy boosts. Nothing can replace sleep, and without it the body can't perform vital functions.

A lack of sleep can kill you, though you're likely to simply drop unconscious from sheer exhaustion after extended periods of being awake. I think the longest record anyone's been able to stay awake was eleven days. I myself have managed just under a was hell. Haha.
