Seder cooking

Kazmarov

I've been invited to a seder (a meal celebrating the Jewish holiday of Passover) and have to prepare a fish dish. I also have to prepare it in the kosher dietary tradition- no butter, no bread crumbs, no shellfish.

Probably going to do a relatively simple white fish like halibut or trout with spices.

Anything kosher, though brisket is a favorite food.
