Unity's selection of X-Pac, Syxxx, Waltman, 1-2-3 Kid etc got me to thinking about him.

There's a thing on the internet called, "X-Pac" heat. X-Pac heat is basically when the fans boo you not because of storyline purposes or if you're a heel or not. They basically boo you because they genuinely don't like you (at all) so the fans boo the person themselves and not the wrestling character.

I watched Impact with my brother the other night and when Pac and Hall were talking he looked over me and said, "wow, I hate X-Pac so much." So why the hate? I never really hated Waltman but I was never a gigantic fan either.

Thoughts on him and his current role in TNA? Will he actually do anything is he only around because of his friends?

I'd have to say he's only around because of his friends mainly.

I don't see him getting anywhere on TNA, he will always be a mid carder at best....

I've always thought of him as that cool wrestler who's got all the moves and the attitude to go with it....

I never liked X-Pac, I remember when 1,2,3 Kid made his debut, man I couldn't stand him. I never thought he was all that great in the ring, he's gotten more annoying as the years went by. He also thinks he's one of the best when he clearly isn't.

I missed that whole 1-2-3 Kid stuff when it happened but I would have liked him I think haha. His match for the WWE title against Bret Hart on RAW back in like 93 or 94 (maybe 95) was an instant classic. Its on the best of RAW DVD.

I think Waltman gets heat because he's viewed as someone who only got pushed b/c he's friends with Hall, Nash, HHH and HBK. I think there's more to him then that. I doubt he'll do that much in TNA but still, he serves a purpose.

On what do you base this statement?

Just the way he carries himself, and the way he acted when he was in the two biggest stables of all time; DX and NWO. He's arrogant and cocky, to much for my taste especially from someone that didn't really achieve much in the industry of Wrestling. Just my personal opinion though.

I enjoyed his X-Pac character early on, but he was always my least favorite of DX - well, right there with Gunn. I've only seen a few matches as 123 Kid, mainly from the Best of Raw DVD and some YouTube videos. He was good but not great, as for TNA - I have no idea. But he probably won't do a lot.

People might also dislike him for that nasty porn he did with Chyna.
