What are the foods you must have in the house in order to be happy?

Cheese (preferably cheddar)
Lettuce
Potatoes
Sour Cream
Chicken
I'm trying to give up my Diet Coke addicton right now...sadly the pop is winning.:(

would it help if I told you that the phosphoric acid in colas causes your body to release calcium from your bones in order to neutralize the acid?


I need to have bread, american cheese (not really food, I know), several varieties of cereal, milk, and orange juice.

I know, that damn nutrition class is what made me feel terrible every time I poured a glass. But here I am 3 years later, still the guilty guzzler.:(
