Recently I have noticed a trend in this section. People seem to post their personal health issues more frequently as oppose to topics related to fitness and exercising.

This is fine, the section has taken a shift in topics because of new users.

However, posting that you are "going to the doctors" or that you "hurt yourself" are not topics that generate much if any discussion.

Everyone goes to the doctors and everyone gets hurt. If you aren't going to enhance your post with background or additional information related to your condition your post will be locked and you will be given an infraction.

I will not have this section become a new version of subtalk.
