Baltimore Sun - Baltimore GM Ozzie Newsome denied an ESPN report on Monday that the team was looking to acquire quarterback Donovan McNabb from Philadelphia, according to the Baltimore Sun.

"We have not had one meeting to discuss any personnel on our team or anyone else's team," Newsome told the Sun. "We've been very busy hiring assistant coaches."

There have been rumors that McNabb could follow former Eagles' assistant John Harbaugh to Baltimore ever since he became the Ravens' new head coach.
These rumous of McNabb going to Baltimore have been flowing around for a couple of weeks now, I'm wondering if Newsome is telling the truth, or he's really persuing McNabb.

Trust me, I'm The Doctor.
The key to this is he hinted that he's not working towards any player trades right now because he needs to get a coaching staff.

I'd imagine they'd at least talk to the Eagles about it. Kolb can start now and be backed up by McNair or Boller.
That wouldn't be a good idea to have McNabb anyway because my girl would be so pissed at me. Plus Troy Smith needs to start more often too.

Trust me, I'm The Doctor.
I agree that Troy needs to start, but not until around midseason.

McNabb would be bad for the Ravens. I have a feeling his knees are done.
