Rasheed says NBA "wanted'' Cavs, LeBron in finals

Aw, Here It Goes!
It may have only been the end of the exhibition season, but Detroit Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace was in mid-season form.
"I still don't think they (Cavaliers) beat us, we beat ourselves," Wallace said. "And I think we also fell victim to that personal NBA thing where they are trying to make it a world game and get (television) ratings. They wanted to put their darling in there (the NBA Finals) and they did, and look what ended up happening.
"This game ain't basketball anymore, it's entertainment," Wallace said. "It's starting to get like the WWF. There ain't no real wrestling anymore either. It's all fake."

Wow that's a huge statement. But personally I think it's B.S, yes the NBA likes to market big stars like LeBron and others, but if the Pistons could of played defense vs the Cavaliers, and not like LeBron score the last 25 points in one of the games in the series, then maybe the Pistons could of advance in the NBA Finals. Why is he complaining about this now when the new season is just about to start?

Well they did have that ref scandal last year remember so yeah i don't know. And Cleveland did'nt really beat Detriot last year and those calls were bogus so maybe he is right. Plus the finlas have been boring the last couple of years so thats another one. I don't know but you have to look at these things i threw out here.
