the BBB doesn't do very much anyway, if you call them to say something a store has done that is bad, they just file it away so they can say "yeah, taco bell has rats in their warehouse, but we can't do anything"
my friend works at their warehouse near st louis, you dont want me to go on, i promise.
out of all the restaurants and fast food i have ever asked the BBB about, hardee's and panera bread are the only 2 that dont have an extremely large # of complaints.
