Awesome Prevention (beyond the obvious)

Most folks use common sense in these types of situations to avoid being infected, such as frequent hand washing, wiping down of surfaces with alcohol, use of alcohol based hand sanitizer (remember to moisturize :) ) and maintaining as much personal space as possible with others, but you can also take other measures to help reduce your risk of infection.

A health supplement called Quercetin is showing great promise in inhibiting viral infection in general including with regard to SARS-CoV (A "cousin" to the virus we're facing now). Quercetin is a powerful bioflavenoid with a myriad of health benefits of it's own, but over and above these, it's been shown effective in preventing the spread of viruses from cell to cell. I'm not guaranteeing that this health supplement will be able to prevent you from contracting Coronavirus, but I'd say the odds are very good that it can reduce your risk to some degree. And frankly, apart from being on the expensive side, it can't hurt.

Quercetin and its major metabolites, such as quercetin 3-beta-O-d-glucoside (Q3G, also called isoquercetin), have been found in laboratory studies to inhibit a wide variety of viruses, including severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV), which is related to COVID-19). For example, one of these studies showed that when mice were injected with high doses of Q3G before being infected with a lethal dose of the Ebola virus, they survived Ebola infection, while none of the mice that did not receive Q3G survived. According to preliminary research, quercetin appears to work by preventing viruses from entering cells, thereby reducing "viral load." A clinical trial that will investigate the use of oral quercetin in patients with COVID-19 has been planned, or may already be underway, in China. Details about the exact form (quercetin or 3-beta-O-d-glucoside) and dose of the formula (produced by Swiss drug manufacturer, Quercegen Pharmaceuticals) do not appear to have been made public, but in a February 2020 interview posted online by the Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC News), researcher Michel Chrétien stated he hopes to have preliminary results in the upcoming months. However, he cautioned that he does not want to give "false hope" about the potential benefits of quercetin until more research is conducted.

Until more is known, it's not clear if taking isoquercetin or quercetin supplements can help prevent or treat COVID-19 or what dosage would be effective.

Natural Remedies and Supplements for Coronavirus (COVID-19)
If you have already been infected with COVID-19 or for that matter virtually any other virus, there's another thing you can try... Agarikon.

Agarikon is not only a strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent, its extracts have also demonstrated antiviral properties. In the wake of the Sept. 11 attack, our team submitted more than 500 samples of diverse mushroom extracts to the BioShield BioDefense program, administered cooperatively by the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases. After many panels of tests, the species that stood out was Agarikon.
Of the 11 strains of Agarikon from North America that were tested, a few showed exceptionally strong activity against viruses including pox (cowpox), swine (H1N1) and bird (H5N1) flu, and herpes (HSV1, HSV2) viruses. In several sets of tests, dilutions of our natural ethanol extracts against flu viruses exceeded the potency of the positive drug control -- ribavirin -- against flu viruses by a factor of 10 or more. Most recently, a team of Russian researchers has confirmed the strong antiviral activity of Agarikon against H5N1 flu virus and found that Agarikon is comparatively non-toxic to human cells (Teplyakova et al., 2012).
TBH, if I found myself sick with this virus, or any other major virus, I would invest in both Quercetin and Agarikon and see how the virus deals with both.

Getting back to prevention, always remember that personal health increases your bodies immune potential, so eat right, exercise, do your best in these trying times to reduce stress, and maximize quality sleep. (If you have trouble with that last one, try wearing blue-blockers (or any orange tinted sunglasses) in the evening right up to bedtime and see if that works (and of course avoid caffeine entirely).

Notes for the impaired: The sanitizer container, wipe container, door handle to the place where the wipe container - these are the filthiest places. Wipe them first, then clean your hands.
