RIP: Pink Floyd's Richard Wright | Listening Post from Wired.com

Pink Floyd founding member and keyboardist Richard Wright died on Monday following "a short struggle with cancer" at the age of 65
It is a sad day for music as another legend leaves us with only their legacy. RIP Rick.

Pink Floyd were probably the most influential band of my life so far, from my first tastes of music, through my teenage years right up to the present day the music has never tired. I wish I was only fortunate enough to have had seen them live although I cant complain as their music alone is/was enough of a blessing and an inspiration for some soul searching.

Wish you were here!
