Recently started new job. Boss was the only one that knew the PBX Siemon 4000 hipath. Which he was going to train me on to help him in the time of need. The day I start he is let go of all his duties and there is no boss. So its me and 2 other guys who have no idea how to run it, but I have been jumping in and trying to figure it out. Its in GUI so it seems pretty easy. But we know nothing. What are my opptions here. Books, training, get a new job fast? Its completely unbeliveable this has happend. We do have a rep we have a contract with. I guess that will be my first option. Any advice would be great!
