AppleInsider | Lawsuit demands end to iPod/iTunes monopoly; CD sales plummet

Personally, I think this is outrageos. iTunes was made for iPod's for ease of use. And people bought iPod's with high prices cause they wanted it. I don't think they care about the price.

    What do you all think???

Well apple definitely has the most familiar program that connects with the player, I think that the prices are a bit high but the technology is getting much better than it used to be, they are selling ipods a bit overpriced but not much. it is also completely fair to cahrge $100 more for the one with a bigger hard drive because it's more convenient and the ipod is alltogether faster when the hard drive isn't as full (percent wise). In a way it's kind of like the T.V. Industry if you want a bigger screen by just like 5 inches and you want to go up to a 65" T.V. then it's going to cost you a lot more money than the one slightly smaller.
