Ok i cant think of this routines name.

Its a shoulder routine. I take the bench bar grabbing it from the middle with the back of my hands facing up.

I bring the bar up with my elbows sticking out like chicken wings and lift only with the back of my shoulders and I bring the bar up to my upper chest. Straight up and straight down.

What is this routine called! I cant think of its name.

This is the easiest ones I've ever done. And the first thing I did when I walked into the Gym for the first time.
