Son of Liberty
Carne Asada (flank steak sliced really thin into beautifully mouth watering morsels) cooked using extra virgin olive oil on a medium frying pan, sprinkled ever so lightly with a homemade concoction spice that includes salt, pepper, red pepper (non-cayenne), & minced garlic. Layed on a corn tortilla with shredded onions, cilantro, diced tomatos, and a splash of store bought salsa.

My lunch was heavenly.
