Rules:

-no bigger than 200x500
-all gfx programs allowed
-stocks allowed, but only ONE
-sig does not need a theme, like anime sports etc., but it can have one.
-you must make everything but any fonts you use and the one stock you use, if you use one
-sign up here and I will close sign up once there are enough and then everyone post when ready. People not participating can judge and lets see...first person to 4 votes wins. (according to time each vote was cast, so it is truely the first to 4)
-winner gets a SHOT at modding this forum(not guarentee)
