PC Games Need help with Alias PC game

I am playing Alias on PC with keyboard controls and I am unable to climb up on anything.
In the casino, when you have to climb up on the crate after shifting it, what controls do you use to climb up on it.
I've checked the strategy guide and several online walkthroughs, but they were no help.

Isn't there a way to change the controls in the game settings? Try pausing and seeing if it gives you an option to at least look at the controls.. I haven't played that game personally do I don't know what to tell you other than that.

I am using the correct controls, but there seem to be places in the game where you can't climb, even though you are supposed to. (I've checked the official strategy guide).
I did manage to finally get up on the crate, but I don't know how as I was just hitting keys in frustration.
Now I can't get into the truck by the loading bay no matter what I do.

According to my nephew, you just need to make sure you're not in stealth mode and walk into the back of the truck. She should then climb up into it. Hope that helps.
