Few years ago I found a beat up guitar in my grandparents addict. It looked unique n cool so I decided to take it home .

I told my dad what I found and he said my uncle got it when he went to a Steve miller concert. He said it's probably his. But I can't be 100% sure. My boss also said he thinks the bands managers takes major parts off their old guitars and usually gives away the body ....

Basically all I'm wondering Is
What kind of guitar this is, is it worth restoring , would it be Steve millers , what is it worth in the condition it looks.....

Well, what year was that concert?

It isn't a Gibson or a Fender, it looks like an Ibanez, so it could be a parts guitar for the band. Your best bet is to right down the serial number (found on the back of the head), and find some sort of memorabilia expert. But I really would have no clue what to look for when it comes to that. You may want to try and track down the manager of the band.

Well, if you can't see the seriel number, their really is nothing you can do except contact the manager and ask if he remembers a checkered (I assume) Ibanez of the 70s-80s. Good luck though.
