If i send my friend as i do emails with all my favourite songs maybe 3 or 4 a week is she theoreticly downloading music she has not paid for.

Whats the diffrence between you downloading a song and reciving songs from a friend through email. Is it the same ? All comes down the same cable to your computer.

The music industry would most likely get on you for that. It is essentially, in theory, the same as peer to peer downloading. You are still making digital copies of music, and then transmitting them to someone who has not paid for them.

yeah the music industry is going to get on you for sending someone music that they haven't payed for.

music sharing happened back in the days of cassettes and will continue to happen and be considered illegal.

Unless you are one of the unlucky few that they decide to "make and example of."
