What Operating System are you running and what exactly is the situation? Are you logging in through network terminals or networked computers?

Ok, I moved this to the Windows forum.

Is your Windows XP computer networked into a Windows SERVER? If so they may have disabled the "Switch User" function.

Try going to the start menu and clickng "Log Off." Then click "Switch User." If you don't see that option then it may have been disabled.

Sorry Mr Andrew I'm not talking about loggin into the System.
I have a webpage where I was logging into the Web page by multiple Login Ids. now they Have updated the web page server and now I'm able tro login only one ID at a time.
Whenever I try to login with another Id it will not allow me untill I log OFF the First login ID

Oh, sorry about the confusion. I will move your thread back now. :D

What type of webpage is this. Is it a control panel of some sort?
