Please, please help me if you can. I just started a new job and they have me filling out a slew of ridiculous forms. The forms are saved as templates (.dot files) in Word. There are text fields throughout all the templates where I have to input information specific to the case. There are about 15 forms that I have to complete for each case and I have to type the same information several times in different text fields. Is there a way I can set it up so I just type each bit of information once, and have Word automatically input it in all the specified text fields? I am hugely greatful for any help!!
