Saw that tonight. Horrible. To think he had a great future in the sport and cancer creeped in.

The Miz revealed on Instagram tonight that he and Cappotelli were supposed to be called up as a tag team called Reality Check in 2005 but Cappotelli was diagnosed with brain cancer right before they debuted.

Hell, just rename the award to the Matt Cappotelli Award. Would sure cause less controversy around it.

Should be the next year Warrior award winner for sure but he won't because WWE. They didn't even mention his death did they?

RIP

There was an article on WWE.com and they posted the video of when he won Tough Enough 3 on their YouTube account.

Speaking of Matt Cappotelli, it's funny watching old Tough Enough's. It's amazing how only one winner of 11 in six seasons ever amounted to much (John Morrison).

Then you've got from the rest: Miz, Ryback, Velveteen Dream, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville.

It's like for most reality TV contests; usually, the winner rarely get to superstardom. However, alumni have a tendency to get more exposure and reach that superstardom level. Tough Enough wasn't different.
