Losing weight in thigh area

    Hi guys ... I suffer from overweight in thigh area and I want lose weight
    What are your advises for losing weight? What kind of sport is suitable for losing weight in this area? What kind of food I have to avoid it?

    There is anyone had an experience with special diet and it worked with him?

    Any thoughts? Experience?

    Bike ride. The best. If you have cellulite, go organic, even your coffee, and no tap water, and watch it disappear and get all tight and smooth.
    That helps for weight loss in general too because your body will be getting it's necessary nutrients so you won't feel hungry all the time. Also eat sprouts and read the intro for the South Beach Diet. (They'll tell you why no corn syrup. It's worth looking up) French Women Don't Get Fat was good too.

    I didn't need that advice pedals but I found it really helpful as you said going organic tightens your skin and thats what I need to get more toned. Thanks. ^^
