I'm sure not a major seller (but hope to be one once I have more free time and figure out my "thing") That would be NUTS! One license in the state you live in is one thing....but all states? IF this should be attempted I see Ebay/Overstock/Yahoo etc all stepping in with big protests. Their sites would be empty.

The big auction sites will probably take on the fees themselves, and then increase seller fees to make up for it. I can see this killing smaller auction sites though.
