I think these two artist are very comparable. They both wear/wore ludacrive outfits to get attention and sell albums. They're both talented singers, and they put themselves out there to get attention.

I wasn't a big Lady Gaga fan at first, but I opened up to her and enjoy a few of her songs. But my pick goes to Madonna. I don't enjoy her recent stuff, but in the 80s she put on some amazing albums/songs. She's almost talented in my eyes then Lady Gaga.
