There are people who are very reluctant to try raw fish but this is the perfect recipe to start. The raw maguro (tuna) simply melts in your mouth with the avocado, soy sauce and wasabi on rice.

I googled it. It doesn't look all that appetizing to me, but at the same time, if I were ever to try raw fish I think I'd want it to be tuna. Don't ask why, no idea...

I've also never eaten avocado before.
