i have recently started to skip meals becuase of a lot of work at university and i often study a lot and not go to sleep untill early morning and i usually wake up exhusted.

My room mate has started to cook things for me and sit with me to make sure i eat it and has started telling me to go to bed after a couple of hours of studying a night

Is he being a good friend or just controlling what would you do in his situation?
He's not forcing you to eat is he? He's not forcing you to go to bed is he?
Sounds like he's concerned for your well being.
It's up to you whether or not you take the advice.
Pretty much what Angels said. This is just me but I would take his advice because not eating and not sleeping can be disastrous.

Unless he's forcing you to do things then I'd say he's just being a good friend. You health is more important than your schoolwork.

He's looking out for you. He obviously cares about you and doesn't want you to get sick.
You should take his advice and stop skipping meals.
Yeah, just sounds like he's concerend and doesn't want you getting "burned out" ny staying up late and working and not eating. Sounds like a decent guy :)
