Nintendo Is Animal Crossing For Adults?

I’ll admit, I played this a bit growing up and loved how immersive it was, but as adult I have trouble seeing the appeal when there are other RPGs with deeper worlds. I’m in the minority in certain circles though, as I know several grown adults who have been looking forward to the new one for a while.

What do you think? Is this going to be a hit with adults or is it mostly a kids game?

Do you play it and if so, what do you think of it?

So I actually went through the GameCube Animal Crossing (the original) recently. Still a lot of fun. Since I’m much smarter than 10 year old me it was actually really fun. I was able to figure out some stuff I couldn’t when I last played years ago. It’s a great place to go and just relax for a bit. The game is kind of surreal with how calming it is, very aesthetically pleasing, etc.

I don’t think it was originally designed for adults but nostalgia makes it for adults.
